ACTS provides RN-led foot care and basic wound care services for adults and seniors who need professional nursing support delivered in the comfort of home. All services are performed by licensed Registered Nurses, offered on a private-pay basis, and aligned with Texas Board of Nursing regulations.
Our services focus on prevention, monitoring, and education, helping clients manage chronic conditions, reduce complications, and maintain skin integrity without enrolling in a home health agency.

Professional Nursing Care in the Comfort of Home
ACTS provides RN-led foot care and basic wound care services for adults and seniors who need professional nursing support without enrolling in a home health agency. All services are delivered by licensed Registered Nurses, on a private-pay basis, and fully compliant with Texas nursing regulations.

RN Foot Care Services
Non-cosmetic, registered nurse–led foot/hand care focused on assessment, maintenance, monitoring, and referral.
- Hand/Foot assessments and skin integrity checks
- Nail trimming (non-surgical, non-podiatric)
- Corn and callus monitoring (no debridement)
- Diabetic foot checks and education
- Circulation and sensation assessments
- Pressure injury prevention education
- Referral coordination to podiatry when needed
📌 Hand/Foot care services are preventive and supportive. ACTS does not perform surgical or podiatric procedures.
Basic Wound Care Services (RN Scope)
ACTS provides basic wound care management within RN scope, including:
- Wound assessment and monitoring
- Dressing changes per provider order
- Skin tear and minor wound care
- Pressure injury monitoring (non-advanced)
- Post-procedure wound checks
- Infection prevention education
- Documentation and provider communication
📌 Advanced wound care, debridement, wound vacs, or IV therapy are coordinated with licensed agencies or specialists.

ACTS – RN Clinical Nail & Wound Care Studio provides non-cosmetic, registered nurse–led care focused on assessment, maintenance, monitoring, education, and referral. To ensure safety and remain within professional scope, we do not provide the following services:
Medical diagnosis or treatment of disease
Prescription of medications or medical devices
Surgical or invasive procedures
Podiatric services or services performed by a podiatrist
Cosmetic manicures or pedicures
Cutting of ingrown nails beyond safe nursing scope
Callus cutting, coring, or lesion removal
Treatment of fungal infections or other conditions requiring a provider prescription
Care for open, infected, or unstable wounds without appropriate medical oversight
Services billed to insurance or Medicare
Clients requiring medical treatment beyond RN scope will be referred to a podiatrist, physician, or appropriate healthcare provider.
